Most of us enter recovery with a conflicted sense of self, or a carefully constructed false self, or no sense
of self at all. However, many SLAA members have found a whole new relationship with themselves by
working the Steps and participating in the Fellowship. This workshop will focus on the relationship we
have with ourselves and how to surrender the inner obstacles, or character defects, that can undermine
us or keep us addicted.
